I am a Republican, but no longer want to be. If I registered with the Conservative Party, how does that work as far as voting? Can I vote across party lines? If Washington state Conservative Party does not have a candidate on the ballot, do I not get the chance to vote out the bums that are ramming stuff down our throat?
